ASOKA LIMITED EDITION SET - PRESALE, Thursday, May 12th, 2011 & Friday, May 13th, 2011
LIMITED RELEASE - ONLY 500 SETS AVAILABLE!
1.) Pre-sale Dates and Times
Our goal is to accommodate our International community by ensuring that we divided up the 500 Limited Edition Sets into two sales so that it would give a wider spread of players a better chance. Here are the new dates and times:

The Asoka Limited Edition Set is 85.00 USD or 6,800 G1 Credits.
Payment Options that are currently available to purchase G1 Credits through our Marketplace are also applicable for purchasing the Asoka Limited Edition Set (depending upon payment options available to your specific region). The set can also be purchased using G1 Credits.
Please note that any pre-paid method is non-refundable by GamersFirst. Pre-paid methods include Ultimate Game Card, PaySafeCard, Wallie-card, and ESN Codes.
There will be a button (similar to that of Gold Packages) on the Sword 2 Marketplace for the Asoka Limited Edition Set when the Pre-sale goes live.
4.) Injections - Delivery of Sets
As mentioned in the original announcements this is a PRE-SALE. The sales will occur Thursday and Friday (PST) as mentioned above. IF all 500 sets are sold out by Friday then the sets will be injected into players' accounts by Tuesday 5/17/11 (PST). We will notify immediately should there be any delays - however, we do not expect that to be the case.
We hope that we have helped answer most of your questions regarding the Asoka LE Set and that the details provided will allow you to plan accordingly in order to make your purchase.

The duration of the Pre-sale (how long the sale will last) depends upon how quickly the sets sell out. Whatever is left over from Thursday will be sold on Friday and the total units sold will be 500. Should on Thursday, we sell out the 250 units prior to Friday's launch time then we would take down the Asoka Set from the Sword 2 Market Place and put it back up at the Friday Launch time.

Asoka LE Set - UPDATE 5/2/11, Final Announcement
Dear Sword 2 Community,
As many of you who have been following us on Facebook and Twitter are aware - here is the announcement we mentioned we would give and that we hope will clearly provide further details to the current status of the Asoka Limited Edition Set. Here are the main points of our announcement:
1.) Pre-sale Dates and Times
After receiving feedback from different representations of our International Community and as we are waiting upon the completion of certain essential development task to carry out this sale, we have changed the dates and times of the sale. Again, our goal was to accommodate our International community by ensuring that we divided up the 500 Limited Edition Sets into two sales so that it would give a wider spread of players a better chance. Here are the new dates and times:
As far as the duration of the Pre-sale (how long the sale will last) that is dependent upon how quickly the sets sell out. On Thursday 5/5/11 PST, it make take a few hours to sell out of the 250 units or a few days. Whatever is left over from Thursday will be sold on Friday and the total units sold will be 500. Should on Thursday, we sell out the 250 units prior to Friday's launch time then we would take down the Asoka Set from the Sword 2 Market Place and put it back up at the Friday Launch time.
2.) Value of the LE Set
While we knew Asoka was to come with our Renaissance expansion - there was much consideration that needed to be made for her release. This was no small task when there are several view points that needed to be acknowledged. Those viewpoints included our partners - imcGames, Hanbitsoft, our Executive Team at GamersFirst, the Sword 2 Production Team and - most importantly - the Sword 2 Community.
We understand that many of you have been long-standing members of that community for several years, and some of you are new-comers who sought a community that was welcoming and shared similar passions to your own. For all of you, we hoped to offer something exclusive.
While our ears are open to our community and value your honest feedback - we do stand by the idea behind the value of this set, therefore, the price for the set remains 85.00 USD.
With that said - we did take your feedback into consideration and understood that we needed to improve our idea behind the set. We have changed the set to include the following:

At this time I wanted to update all of you with some more detailed information regarding the release of the Asoka Limited Edition Set. Just to recap the details from the original post we made:
The Asoka Limited Edition Set will include:
• Exclusive First Time Released Asoka Unique Playing Character Card
• 13,100 Gold Package - Plenty to purchase from the in-game Bazaar with that much Gold!
• Three (3) rare permanent Silver Phoenix Wings Back Costumes

Expect that this sale will occur this week - however, do note that should any unexpected obstacles prevent us from launching at the exact time - we will notify everyone at the earliest moment possible of a re-schedule.
Which payment methods are available for purchasing this?
Most of the payment options that are currently available for buying G1 Credits should work. Unfortunately, Ultimate Game Card will not work as well due to the fact that it can only currently be redeemed through Playspan (as it is not working directly on our site for redemption) and Playspan only offers Gold, Premium and G1 Credits.
Can I buy the set with G1 Credits?
No, this item is not purchasable with G1 Credits at this time.
Is there a limit to how many I can get?
YES! Our intention is to limit the sales of ONE (1) set per account.
Is this a raffle?
No. This is a direct sale and it is “first come first serve”. This is not a raffle or random drawing of any sort.
If the 500 Asoka LE Sets are sold out will there be a chance in the future for me to get her?
Yes, there will be a chance but not likely any time in the near future. We are sensitive to the players that put in their time and resources to obtain her now through this opportunity, with the hopes of enjoying the exclusivity of owning this character for some duration of time.
